Jiangxi Baoyuan Colorful Textile Co., Ltd. is a foreign invested company founded by the overseas Chinese. The company was settled in Fengxin Industrial Park in December 2007, with a total investment of $ 120 million, a land area of 300 mu, and a floor area of 172,000 square meters, in which the plant area occupies 150,000 square meters, and dormitories, office building, canteen, bathhouse, and recreation facilities takes up 22,000 square meters. The leading products are polyester yarns and blended yarns, with a production scale of 400,000 spins, an annual output of 75,000 tons of yarns, annual sales income of 1.1 billion yuan, and taxes of 40 million yuan. The company has advanced production equipment, including the domestic most advanced blowing-carding-drawing units and the international most advanced automatic winding equipment; for the production technology, it adopts the domestic and international advanced, reasonable, reliable and mature processes. The equipment for distribution of cotton – blowing carding - strip combining - roving – spinning - automatic winding - testing - packaging, especially the automatic winding process, is all introduced from Italy, ensuring the quality of yarn without joints, increasing the added value of yarns, and laying a solid foundation for the production of high-grade fabrics.
